On the 8th day of January ~ The stars conceived a cosmic fairy ~ A double Stellium goat ~ A child of Saturn it was wrote. ~ With the moon of a Scorpion ~ Seduction, passions, and sin ~ Run oh so deep within ~ But bless the Libra keeping me sane ~ There’s a cosmic battle inside my brain ~ For a balancing and beautifying ascendant ~ I wear the scales of justice on my pendant. ~ Mercury, Venus, and Mars ~ Hold all the goat energy in my stars ~ Also under the seagoat’s loon ~ Lie Uranus and the dreamy Neptune ~ The rest of the planets ~ Lie in the Scorpions great transits, ~ All but one ~ Circling the sun ~ Saturn rebelling in Aquarius ~ Making responsibilities oh so precarious. ~ So enough about my chart ~ Let me introduce my other heart, ~ A poet in Saturn's spare time ~ Seeking much reason with my rhyme, ~ As a child of the earth ~ I seek answers for my birth ~ Simply writing a tune ~ For our divine mother Moon. ~ So who am I? ~ Just a piece of the cosmic pie, ~ A being of twenty-four ~ Seeking fantastical lore ~ A native of Georgia ~ Bathing in green fauna y flora ~ Degrees in the International realm ~ I seek guidance from every elm, ~ So allow me to wipe away your astrological doldrums ~ As I write you endless cosmological poems.
